How to choose the right BbTalkin setup?
Making a choice for the right setup is very easy. Most common setup is a 2p or 3p package. This means 2 or 3 will be able to communicate at the same time. Also the distance will be crucial for the best result. With the 2p pack its max 1200m and with the 3p pack its about 600m. We always recommend to take max 3p for kitesurf lessons. 1 instructor 2 students for best result with our communication devises.
You can choose any headset you like as instructor. Most used are the Surfhat and Surfcap headsets with the mic close to the mouth while the headset is protection you from sun. Most students are wearing helmets. Choose between the (left only) mono helmet pad headset or (left and right) stereo helmet pad headset. Any normal helmet without earmuffs will work. In case of special full covered ear helmets like GATH we have the GATH helmet pad option.
To all new and future kiter going for their first kitesurf lesson
Make sure you go to the right place to get the best guidance to your new sport. Always check if you lesson are properly equipped. No BbTalkin or any other kitesurf communication will make sure you will NOT have the information needed when you are alone in the water. There is a reason you pay for a coach. Better get him to communicatie with you. Or you will lose a lot of time spending frustrated in the water not understanding what to do.
